The Western Club is delighted to welcome Mike Mulraney, President of the Scottish Football Association, on Thursday 22nd October at 12pm for an exclusive talk and Q&A session.
Since taking up the role, Mike has been a driving force behind some of Scottish football’s most ambitious initiatives, including the “Pitching in” campaign to rebuild grassroots facilities across the country. He has also overseen a period of strong commercial growth and on-pitch success for the national team.
As chairman of Alloa Athletic for nearly two decades, he brings a unique perspective spanning grassroots, professional and international football, as well as extensive business experience in drilling and property.
The event will be hosted by broadcaster David Tanner. At Sky Sports, David led live coverage of UEFA Champions League football, Scotland international fixtures and Scottish domestic matches for nearly 20 years, interviewing and rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest names in sport.
Tickets £50pp will be made available for fifteen club members to join us for an exclusive conversation covering the business side of the Scottish game, the road to major tournaments, and what’s next for Scottish football, followed by an open Q&A where members can put their own questions to Mike.
A great opportunity to hear directly from one of the most influential figures in Scottish football, over drinks in the surroundings of the Western Club.
