Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policies

BEDROOM BOOKINGS

 

All bedroom bookings and cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail or in writing.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled date of arrival will be charged in full.

No charge will be made for bedroom bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the day of arrival.

 

CONFERENCE ROOM

CANCELLATIONS

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days in advance will be charged in full.

No cancellation charge for Conference Room bookings cancelled more than 7 days in advance.

 

CLUB EVENTS

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF BOOKING

CANCELLATIONS

No cancellation charge for members cancelling their attendance at a Club event providing the Club is informed more than 72 hours prior to the event in which instance a full refund will be made.

 

No refund will be made if attendance is cancelled within 72 hours of the event.
