We are thrilled to announce that the time has almost come to welcome you to Glaschu.
As we ready ourselves to greet you at the door, we’d like to start by reassuring that your safety is our priority. Maintaining stringent hygiene standards is par for the course at Glaschu, but we have stepped up our procedures with even more frequent, meticulous cleaning of all surfaces and touchpoints. Our staff have been fully trained and will be at your service in their PPE, adhering to government guidelines and social distancing.
From Thursday 30th July our doors will be open, and they’ll stay open
Wednesday through to Sundays, from 12pm with a view to return to
a seven day restaurant and bar in the fullness of time.
Curated by our new head chef Dion Scott, our menu celebrates the best of Scottish produce. You can expect a fantastic range of options from our À La Carte Menu, Market Menu
and Sunday roast.
We also welcome you into Glaschu to visit our new bar, which hosts an exciting range of thoughtfully crafted cocktails, exclusive Tennent’s export beers and our premium wine list.
